My First Mother's Day

Mother's Day was a wonderful day spent at my Mom and Dad's house. I received red and white roses from Jim and some flowers and strawberries seeds to make a garden with from Granny Cathy. Grace got to spend the day with her grandpa, both grandmothers, her Great Grandmother and Great Uncle Paul and Great Aunt Nancy. I also received a beautiful necklace with pink and blue stones from Nancy! How sweet of her!
We had a wonderful meal with appetizers of fruit salad and spiniach dip, the main entree was grilled salmon, shrimp and scallops, salad, fried rice, asparagus, and bread. For dessert we pigged out on tiramisu and apple crisp with dulce de leche ice cream. YUMMO! Grace had a great day being told how pretty and wonderful she was. She had a long day and fell asleep in the car around 8:30pm on the drive home. She slept until 3am.
